Responsibilities:
– Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
– Take and serve orders with attention to detail and customer preferences.
– Provide recommendations on menu items and specials.
– Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
– Address customer inquiries and concerns.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
– Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
– Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
– Work collaboratively with the Restaurant Manager and Chef.
– Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
– Assist with routine cleaning and closing duties.
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a waiter is advantageous.
– Strong customer service and communication skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
– Full-time availability.
