Greenford, Reading, Watford, Harrow, Woodgreen, Windsor, Hounslow, Milton Keynes, Bristol and Leicester are our locations. Our Team

Mr. Jayakumar Madanagopal
Managing Director

Jayakumar, an Engineering graduate from Sriram Engineering College, Tamil Nadu, pursued Business Administration at the London School of Business. Transitioning from chef roles in England, he partnered with Crispy Dosa, demonstrating result-oriented leadership and fostering sustainable relationships. As managing director, he enhances team capabilities, ensuring the organization’s growth and success in the UK.

Mrs. Lakshmi Suresh
Managing Director

Lakshmi Suresh, an experienced business development professional, holds a UK Master’s in Finance and Accounting and an Indian MBA in Finance & Marketing. With 16+ years of diverse industry experience, she excels in project management, market analysis, and technology application. As a dedicated leader prioritizing customer experience, she emphasizes teamwork and proficient financial management.

Mr. Manikandan Ramamoorthy
Managing Director

Manikandan holds a Master’s in Catering and Hotel Management from SRM Institute, Tamilnadu, and completed a professional food and beverage course in England. With 5 years of experience in a top UK restaurant, he’s an innovative Managing Director known for transformative leadership, coaching, and global culinary expertise, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Mrs. Sasirekha
Managing Director

Sasirekha holds a master’s in computer applications and has a decade of experience as a Software Testing Engineer in various companies. She now leads Crispy Dosa, focusing on revenue, accounts, and restaurant operations. Sasirekha also oversees investments in banking, financial, logistics services, and CSR initiatives.

Mr. Mohan Malavath
Group General Manager

A Hotel Management and Business Management Graduate and with enthralling 17 years of hospitality industry exposure. Mohan has served in various five stars hotel chains and Business Hotels. His strong experience in Hotel and Restaurant Projects, Operations, Sales and Franchise module has given him the strength to turn around the hotel and restaurant business.

Having worked within the corporate structure of leading hotel companies, his immense knowledge is supported by very sound implementation abilities in operations management, and project and site management. He has credentials in transforming a loss-making hotel / restaurant into a highly profitable one. His last assignment was with TGI Group of Hotels as a General Manager.

Mohan’s core competency lies in Restaurant Operations, Hotel Operations, Food and Beverage, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Controlling, Relationship Management and Franchise Module.
