We’re seeking experienced and passionate Chefs to oversee our kitchen operations across multiple branches in the UK. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and innovation in our South Indian vegetarian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistency in recipe execution and uphold quality control standards
  • Maintain strict hygiene practices and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support Head Chefs in achieving sales targets through effective cost-cutting, portion control, and stock management
  • Oversee kitchen equipment and infrastructure maintenance
